Is the reveal that both parties had the ability to have posts look at... But because there was more left wingers at twitter... The left wing posts were looked at more closely?
That's something I suppose. Does seem like whatever he agreed to was to protect jack Dorsey... Since that little aside about him seems weird.

As far as I can tell, the post above yours about covers it. Yup. That’s what insane right wing nut jobs think is what is putting the future of democracy in danger. They think the ability of politicians, celebrities and the rich/powerful to use their influence to have posts removed is earth shattering.
Actually, it isn’t even that scandalous. From a redditor (so obviously not fact checked):
Quote:
To add a bit of nuance, they were removed not for being unverified, but for falling into the ‘hacked materials policy’ that was put into place after ‘the fappening’ where a ton of celebrity nudes were stolen and released.
It looked like potential revenge porn since they couldn’t tell if it was stolen or not, so they treated it like revenge porn and removed the links.
That’s the policy that was used.
Questionably sourced files that do not look like they were intentionally released by the owner would fall into that policy, regardless of who the owner is.
And then emails from republicans saying they should be able to show everyone Hunter’s dick.

I really had no idea Elon was such a disaster before he bought twitter. Watching him and Kanye both lose their minds in the same timeline is something.

I'm not really sure he was. He thought he was being clever, got called on it, and tried to call back, spiraled out of control and spontaneously combusted.

So is it ok for someone who buys a company to take private internal communications and just release them to the public?
I guess so, ultimately they belong to the company and no the individual and there's no expectation of privacy? Feels icky. I guess I'm deleting my mail.
But yeah right wing are blowing up over this... but of course they blew up over the Nunes memo too.. and the Horowitz report.. Durham...
My favorite are how people are talking about "Biden's White House" influencing Twitter. I think people need to check their calendars again.

So is the story just the politicians used twitters fake news policies to get various tweets removed that they found didn’t meet standards and based on the data the republicans likely were worse at identifying fake news, found less instances of obviously fake reporting, or some bias among the moderation team.
That doesn’t seem like a story.
And then twitter held off on allowing discussion around the laptop until it could be verified as accurate. This again doesn’t seem problematic.

Lolololol. For what?
I mean it's not the like stole to secret documents then spent months lying about having them then only giving a few back but knowingly keeping the rest.
I'm honestly puzzled at hub here. What laws did Twitter break?

Conservatives trying to dupe as many people as they can into thinking this is some kind of smoking gun that will sink the Bidens and the Democratic Party.

I think Musk is right, this is egregious. They should put whoever is the CEO of Twitter in jail. I mean, he waived due diligence, didn't he?
