Pretty even after the first two. Bad third period. Made up for it with a good effort in the OT and shootout, but alas, it was just Malkin's night.
Major props to Vladar for even getting the single point. Without his effort in the 3rd there's no way they are tied after regulation.
Need to find their legs for the next back to back games. Rest up and eat some turkey while in the States.

This is pretty much the first season since 3 on 3 was introduced that I don't feel any confidence on getting a 2nd point after regulation.

Vladar was fantastic.
Few other guys had a solid outings like Zadorov, but dont live the entire team performance.
Seems the the same issues are still issues.
Probably stole a point we shouldn't have.

Backlund got a really good shot off that Jarry only just saved. It could have easily gone the other way. Game of inches.

That was the most fun I had in a loss in while. It was just a great energy, and a great performance by Vladar. I hope he gets to play Washington as well. I think he is going to improve in the shootout too, but that takes time.

We should have won in regulation if our PP isn't AHL level. Can never come up with a big goal. Get Rasmus off the point! Huberdeau gives him an amazing pass but he never shoots! Put Weegar in! or Zadarov!
