Struff leads the H2H over Shapo by a 5-3 count - Denis won the last time they played at the ATP Cup earlier this year. Felix and Otte have only played once which was just recently in Florence. Felix won that match, but it was closely contested.

The Italians just eliminated the Americans and it came down to the doubles as the first two singles matches were split. Team USA left one of the best doubles players in the world (Rajeev Ram) off their squad which looks like a bad decision in hindsight.

Denis had a break point in that previous game, got into the rally and then missed an easy rally ball hitting it wide. Just way too aggressive today trying to force the issue.

That's more like it, Denis. Great return game and he breaks Struff and is serving at 4-3 in set 2.
Edit: Shapo takes set 2 6-4 forcing a 3rd and deciding set. Much better play from Shapo in the last few games of set 2, let's hope it continues.
