Not thinking too far ahead and Fra vs Aus is different from Bel vs Can, but one can imagine if J David or K Larin get a goal early tomorrow we could a similar flow in that game. I'm stoked...

Straight Hernandez swap for France, but what a shot by Duke.

The Aussies are in a mood today.

Ultimately, I'm hoping Canada's game plan tomorrow is to just fire the afterburners and take the game to Belgium.

A lot of the major teams start tentatively, if you bring the fire you can sometimes get a result.

100% I love how they come in as the relative unknown. If healthy I have faith in our front 3, they need to take it to Belgium with all they got.

If the Aussies dont wake up here and sort out their back line this is going to turn into an Australian disaster.

France can be beaten but they're a tough, tough team when they're playing with a lead and some confidence.

Drag this to half-time with this score and settle the hell down.

This is quite refreshing after two scoreless draws

Really wish Australia scored that header off the post to close the first half - would have made for a great second half.

France will probably try to slow pace down here in the second half though having the lead.

Yep, now the French are showing their class. Still time for catastrophic in-fighting, in the days ahead.

So what do we call the occasion of the Germany-Japan match tomorrow?

Axis Cup or Fascist Bowl?
