Again, Tampa doesn’t need to generate anything. They have the lead.

Them playing a dull 2nd period is beneficial to them. They’re also out-chancing us here in the 2nd.

Flames need to step it up. Just string together a few good shifts here.

Markstrom holding them in it right now. Flames have had some possession, but can’t get to the slot.

well I certainly wouldn't call having one high-danger chance on 30 shot attempts "good"

These forward lines are not working. Seems like trying to force square pegs.

Tell Sutter he's doing it all wrong.

Honestly Sutter should be fired if he’s going to play favourites and play those too so much.

Lewis playing 3 minutes more than Lindholm, and 4 minutes more than Toffoli and Coleman through 25 minutes is almost instant firing grounds.
It’s brutal to watch Lewis and Lucic out there every second shift

We will have to agree to disagree my friend. It’s not awful hockey but they can play better.

Brett Ritchie just had a 3-2 with two guys going to the net and missed far side and the puck left the zone.

Stop overlaying these guys.

One of the worst stats in hockey is high danger chances

It only counts shots from a very specific area on the ice, and ignores other dangerous chances.

But the worst thing about it is fans interpret it as meaning that it represents all dangerous chances. It doesn't

It's not like Tampa is some defensive juggernaut they give up 3.3 goals per game. People keep saying what a hard schedule we are playing teams this year not from last year. We just are not creating a thing.

I love Sutter but I hate having Lewis and Lucic playing much higher than they should be. It totally dilutes our offense.
