Flames aren't playing their stars nearly enough. Way too much of the fourth line and not enough of the top six, particularly considering how much the Islanders leaned on Barzal tonight.

They didn't have a response in the third period at all.

Bad non-call and call in OT, but why is Andersson shoving Pelech there from behind at all?

not when you dominate 50 minutes

Flames should have been on at least 2 powerplays in that game, probably more

unbelievable they call NIL on new york

Just wow. Sure officiating was absolute trash. But the Flames keep putting themselves in a position where that has an effect. Giving up multiple goal leads with such regularity, that's on the boys on the ice.

<Redacted for profanity stream of venting>

There. That feels a bit better

Why should the Flames have to absolutely dominate the entire 60 minutes to beat the refs and the other team

I know that third goal is tipped…but Markstrom needs to make that save a minute after the 3-2 goal went in.

He really did all he could to give the islanders a win tonight.

Goal on the 1st shot of the game (although not his fault), soft goal to tie it in the third, and a goal on their first shot in OT.

Sorokin handedly outplayed him. High danger chances were 17-10, expected goals were 3.9 to 2.7 and it was the flames that lost 4-3.

Refs also contributed but Markstrom needs to be better. Other goalies have made big saves to keep their team in this year, Markstrom not so much.

Perhaps losing our two best players in the offseason has impacted our ability to win games.

This, and the Flames let another 2 goal lead slip away in the 3rd.

Shouldn’t have went into overtime. Got to be better in the 3rd.

Reffing was awful but this team is weak/fragile. Blew a 2 goal lead in the third. Can't seem to play 60 minutes.

I don’t think Dube and Mangiapane are top six.

I've said it before, it's never easy beating one team on the ice, it's impossible to beat 2 teams.

so much this ... the different bars based on the team is painful to witness . pick a lane indeed
