Not really a Sutter problem we're seeing here.
- Guys somehow forgot how to play, dont appear to be buying in.
- Team defense is beyond sloppy
- Goalies not playing strong enough
- Trade/signinings outside of Kardi are struggling and looking real poor
But the worst thing is our cupboard is bare, we've got nobody knocking on the door on the farm (Pelltier/Zary struggling this year) and our highest hope is an unsigned American shooting RW who's decision to sign with the team remains to be seen.

25 games. That was my call before the season started and I stand by it. Although my concern is now is if the D corps keeps getting hurt it won't matter. I don't want to lice in a world where Jeremie Poirier ends up playing minutes this season.

Chances are Harnarayan Singh even asked Kadri how he would like his name pronounced as well.
|
He's pronouncing Kadri (and only this one name) with his own Punjabi accent even though the player's heritage is Lebanese and wouldn't be pronounced this way. It's ridiculous.

I asked that myself. Meloche? Gilbert? Solovyov? Solovyov showed some real promise in camp. I'd be deathly afraid of someone like Poirier playing.

Kadri is the only even slight positive from that first period.
Mackey was a one man wrecking crew in this game, but the rest of the team could try to do something positive.

Seems we always do the opposite of our expectations at the beginning of the year.

I don’t watch Wranglers games, but when I lived in Victoria Phillips had a decent amount of speed and shiftiness. I would seriously consider bringing him or Zary or Pelletier up and giving them a chance on the Lindholm line and move Toffoli to the Backlund line and Lewis down to the 4th line. Not that Toffoli has been had, just that it seems like that line is real slow right now.

Two things I dont care about in the intermission. The PWPHA(how bout NHL highlights if one wants to show hockey scores) and the Draft Kings analysis.
Great segment about Bieksa though.

this feels disproportionately negative , even for a cp post while the team is losing
also zary isn't struggling , that's an outright lie

Yeah, I don't think Poirer is ready. I don't think Meloche or Solovyov can be any worse than Mackey.
