Flames started the period well, but the Devils have completely outplayed them since the Kadri goal. Just seems like they have no confidence right now, and are making really dumb mistakes in their own zone. Were those first 5 games of the season a mirage? Because this is not the same team we saw in October.

This team is underperforming badly. It's easy to blame coaching and it's early, but somethings obviously way off here

Dube has no finish.
Mackey is awful so far. As is Andersson.
I don’t know if the Flames have the ability to play with pace. They seem to have difficulty with fast teams. I remember when teams used to say the Flames were quick.

No execution up and down the line up and zero even strength contribution from their highest paid player. Not gonna withstand that for long in cap world.
