I wonder if they try talking to Club Brugge and see about getting Larin an early release if he isn't going to be in line for many minutes over the next few games
After Canada Soccer approved a seven-part TV series documenting the men's national team's journey to the World Cup – spending more than $100,000 for editing and post production for the project – the federation couldn’t find a broadcaster for the series to recoup its investment, the source said, adding that federation executives worried that if the series ran on a network such as TSN or Sportsnet, that Spanish media company Mediapro might sue because it had acquired the broadcast rights from CSB to the national team's World Cup qualification games.

22 Years old and a muscle injury, you'd think he'll be fine kids that age heal up super fast on things like that and yeah maybe it holds him out of the last couple club games. He walked off so you'd think even in an absolute worst case scenario he should be ready for game 2. Grade 3 hamstring tear would have been a stretcher. Tho obviously just speculating
Yikes looking at timeline for hamstring strains and 3 weeks is the upside? Didn't realize title was so different to normal muscle injuries. catastrophic for canada if more than a couple weeks.
I feel really bad for Davies, I hate to say it but when you're a speedster, these are the types of injuries that start piling up and they take steps away while they're at it.

If you thought this season would have a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.
Gareth Wheeler whining like crazy about Bayern playing him so much.
Heaven forbid a team play one of their best players. I think he’s been rested a lot compared to previous years (haven’t done any research but that’s my feeling following Bayern).
Just a terribly unfortunate situation. Hopefully it is minor and the physios will get him right. Hopefully Canada has some guys on a plane as we speak to go check him out too

He HAS to play! I know it sucks, its really unfortunate, but Davies missed a ton of time after COVID and his complications.
Players have to play.

Wheeler is missing the full story at Bayern this season. They got off to a bad start in the Bundesliga and are playing catch up. There's no way the manager Nagelsmann isn't playing him in the league if he's healthy. Add in the fact that the only other Bayern player who regularly plays LB, Lucas Hernandez, has been injured much of the season. That leaves Stanisic as the only other LB. He's a young player who's come up through their youth system.
Playing Davies a half against Inter when they'd already sewn up 1st in the group is the only fair criticism against Bayern, IMO.
