I ordered a white Backlund shoulder patch flag jersey from them a few years ago with the Atlanta "A" alternate captain patch.
The "A" was filled in black and it took me so many emails to try to explain to them why it was a flawed product. I have no idea where they got it from since that patch is never filled in black on any Flames jersey.
Finally shipped it back to them for a refund.

I ordered a Huberdeau Jersey before the season started, then Huberdeau got the A. I tried asking if they would add the A to mine before sending it. Long story short the answer ended up being a no lol. Not that I was expecting a yes, I just thought I'd ask. Both Jerseys I ordered are authentic player jerseys, I think the Fanatics branded ones look like Chinese knockoffs!
