Positive negative? Or negative positive?
Regarding trees, I've seen random Russian olive, silverberry and Seaberry on the side of the roads. I've wondered why I don't see them as often in many other areas of the city or as variations of plants around a home (ie: vs cottonwood or spruce trees).
I am aware that the Russian Olive and Seaberry are considered invasive if they end up in the natural environment though.

I feel like I remember reading something fairly recently where they're going to start planting wildflowers and the like on grassy medians. I've seen pictures of cities that do that and it's absolutely stunning. I hope they go forward with it.

Had to go shopping at a couple of different spots this morning. Noticed at both, and purposely went to a third, that all of the leftover Halloween candy has been taken away and the Christmas candy is there full force. I guess it's more money to them to just garbage that leftover candy, but there goes my bag lunch desserts for a month.
Multiple chains though, if the inquisition needs any evidence of collusion.

It was in fairly short supply this year. I checked a few places that were completely out even 29/30.

I've been dealing with a cold or flu since the beginning of September. Just something small, nagging, and annoying. I test periodically and it's not Covid, so I just see it as the price for being able to be out and about again.

Proper ordering… or a designed scarcity plot to increase demand orchestrated by Big Candy?
Makes you think.

You Know What Really Grinds My Gears? Now with 3x more gears...
I buy all of my Hallowe’en candy at Dollarama. Who wants tiny little chocolate bars anyway. Then the left overs are at least what I like.
To hell with Big Small-Candy.

I don't know, friend. Through my lifetime It's been the opposite, pal. If you run out of a priority item like that, it could be a basis for a firing. You want to get close without running out, to maximize profit. All stores being drained is fishy.

Supply chain issues? Ever since the Oompa Loompas got devastated by COVID Willy has had trouble meeting demand.

Funny story that may not be true as I heard second hand. The 162nd divergent diamond intersection has the wildflower mix planted and apparently Dan McLean got it mowed which is really bad for it. It’s supposed to look in maintained.

Celebrated Square Root Day

Social media always spawns descriptive words that blow up and are suddenly used constantly by everyone and then eventually go away. Right now it's "gross" and "wild".
