What's the over under on penalties called per game? You have to wonder sometimes if these refs are caught up in gambling. There's a ton of money in it these days and every little thing is up for a bet.
A kickback scam from these companies to the officials wouldn't surprise me in the least.

Flame were the better team for the first 12 minutes or so, then the refs changed the momentum of the game with 2 horrible, manufactured calls

The problem is they can call both sides evenly. But any penalty parade has an Oiler advantage. There are AHL teams that could dismantle the Oilers 5-on-5.
