This team is a beauty.
Loved the shift from the fourth line before the Stone goal. Flames had nothing going on, Pittsburgh was getting a lot of chances, then those guys go to work to get them out of the period up by three. Marky shuts the door in the third. So good.

Got home late from work and only caught the 3rd. But man, the Flames looked good. I'm really enjoying this awesome start, and we're beating some good teams in the process.
This is a solid, confident team we've got here so far.

Meh. No matter if Markstrom gets a shutout Saturday and the last game in December, last years playoffs will still come up again from the press and fans in this years playoffs vs Oilers or not.
Sutter saying Vladar once a week allows him to tell everyone this was the plan and is the plan.
