Two goals for the Panthers in under a minute, Tkachuk getting the second one. Not over yet!

I'm a little surprised they're still in this. They looked so bad for most of the game.

Cats have been pushing hard. This is the 1st game the 'Hawks have even had a lead to protect all the other wins had been come from behind.

Panthers are a good team with a ton of skill. Teams like that can do this regardless how they play for most of the game, especially against bad teams. It can build bad habits though.

honestly its hard to tell what the panthers are right now...their schedule is ridiculously easy in the first 10 games
2 teams that made the playoffs last season (both losses)
All three big name former Flames put up points tonight in losses tonight while the Flames set a franchise record for first 6 games of the season
Tkachuk will likely make the playoffs, the other two don't have a hope in hell (well Monahan might be traded)

The NHL Iron Man, 2 Stanley Cups, 400 goals, and a Bill Masterton trophy for overcoming cancer yet Phil Kessel will always be known as the hot dog guy.

I'll take heat but w/e he did have cancer and people forget because it was very quick lived . Found a lump cut it off ( his right testicle) and he only missed 11 games never having a issue again . So you can see how people forget . His hot dog thing outlasted his testicular cancer by years .

good for Phil! 990 straight games is nuts. Getting number 400 in the record-setting game is pretty awesome.
