He’s like 80 years old, give him a break. This might be all he has left.

Cool.

You and Ozy and Muta who bitch and moan about people in one political thread or the other can officially STFU and GTFO.

"Why dont you...."

Ouch... That blew up.

Why don't you take a break from the political threads? You yourself have said that fiscal responsibility from governments are dead. It doesn't matter if it's the CPC, Liberals, NDP, UCP. In your lifetime, it's dead. That's your major resignation. Given that, it appears that political threads are going to be all culture war BS. And that doesn't interest you (unless you do want to argue for greater acceptance for LGBTQ rights, safeguarding abortion rights, etc. Then have at 'er).If so, why not save yourself the aggravation and put the thread on lock?

Ah, Locke being Locke. Never change.... a CP legend who likes to pat himself on the back through his 1000 posts a day. I only see his ramblings now when he's being quoted by someone else.

Watch - I'll say CalgaryNEXT and he'll start pulling his hair out and throwing a child's temper tantrum. Here it comes.

Canada backs nuclear power project with C$970 mln financing

Quote:
Canada will provide C$970 million ($708 million) in financing to develop a grid-scale small modular reactor (SMR), a new nuclear technology touted as a key part of the country's plans to reduce emissions.

Canada's Natural Resources Minister Jonathan Wilkinson will outline the loan, offered as low-interest debt from the Canada Infrastructure Bank, at the Darlington Energy Complex in Clarington, Ontario on Tuesday, according to his prepared remarks.

Nice.

Would love to see us actually steer fully into this for once instead of the usual Canadian way of half-measures when it comes to energy. Nuclear is definitely the future, lets be the best at it

Well basically Locke made a post using poor grammar, I pointed it out in my usual charming manner, Locke told me to take it up with a (presumably) dead person. I went out of my way to host a quick seance to communicate with this person and confirm what I was saying, and instead of thanking me for my efforts Locke responded with a bunch of crazy conspiracy theories claiming I somehow knew where missing (again, presumably) dead people were. Locke followed that up with a subsequent post where he claimed he was “still here” when it was clear that he wasn’t.

Basically the worst parts of the Bible, Talmud, Quran and Nintendo power magazine combined.

Problem with Canadaland and big tech is this...kinda. ONLY a Canadian could figure out a way to ###### up Blackberry...really...only Canadians could do it.

That’s the Candu attitude! No time for those Can’tdu naysayers.

Been there, done that. The Candu is one of the best reactors in service, is ours (Canadian) AND should be in use across Canada but...
