To San Jose: Dylan ‘The Yukon Kid’ Cozens

 To Minny:
 Someone named Forsberg

Very happy to bring back Cozens, a kid we drafted and have always regretted trading.

Was down a top line forwards. Bringing back Forsberg slots everyone better. I like Cozens a lot but was running out of patience. The production doesn't match the attributes.
 Now he will probably breakout.

Didn’t even look at his rating when I accepted the trade. I’m ok being patient with him. You get a stud now and a guy that ripped it up for you last season. I think it works out no big loss for me and potential big spark for you.

			BLOCKBUSTER: LEHNER TRADED
It's the end of an era in San Jose with Robin Lehner being traded to the Detroit Red Wings. With 3 starting D now out of the lineup, desperate times call for desperate measures so we have acquired... get ready for it...

 O E L

I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.

Thanks Detroit GM (whatever your name is) for taking advantage of my situation to offload that bum on me.

Thanks to Duke for the trade talks. Hopefully this doesnt kill our recently found chemistry.

Flyers sit 2nd last in the East and cannot seem to find any chemistry so far this year. Although we don't anticipate Lehkonen to be the piece that shoots us back to the top. his D rating is slightly getter, which we needv right now, and the time he gets in Colorado playing on the top line while Landeskog is injured should give him a nice rating next year as well.
Tough to give up Dach. He hasn't done much IRL yet but Ive always been a fan of his and think his promotion to the top line in Montreal will work out well. He should have an amazing contract here next year as well.

I'm not necessarily huge on Savoie but he's a great piece to add to the pipeline as his future in Buffalo looks exciting for sure.

Ive been crazy busy with work recently and am literally writing this on the plane as I prepare to land for yet another stint away from home. Thanks to Goffie for being patient with me on this one.

Ducks are desparate for a goalie solution. Struck a deal today with the Blues:
 TO DUCKS
 Koskinen
 2nd (STL) 24'

 TO BLUES
 Bobrovsky
Ljungcrantz (3rd rnd pick playing in SHL)
4th rndr in 24' (once I get one)

Koskinen is a downgrade by 2 OVR and isn't even in the NHL anymore (playing in Lugano), but he has decent CPHL stats and I'm hoping that does something for us.

Blues get Bob who is a legit #1 starter and Top 10 rating in the league. He can sign him at the end of the yr as he is consistent ratings wise, or can trade him to another team that's caught in the goalie carousel for reasonable value.

 Thanks for the chats Blues!

			To Wash:Nikita Zaitsev

 To San Jose:
 2024 2nd(ana)

With the emergence of Urho Vaakanainen and solid play of Ilya Lyubushkin, Zaitsev is the odd man out on the depth chart.

The Kings have fixed their bottom six problem, with the addition of Mikael Backlund and Oskar Sundqvist from the Capitals. We had heard that having Backlund as the third line centre translates directly into a Cup.
Going the other way is Wam Bam Thank You Cam Fowler.

Wild have been intrigued by Nikishin's strong KHL play....he is arguably the top dman in that league at a very young age.The risk we are taking is that he is signed through 2025 in the K.

But we are hoping for a Kaprizov long-term return here.

Geez by the time the dude comes over I'll be 50.
