No one's talking about the suicide pass on the Holloway hit.
I mean bad positioning by the kid, but what in the sam hell is the d-man thinking?

His dad is an ethnic Albanian. Albanians always have to make up names for themselves, because the other Balkan countries stole all the common letters out of their Scrabble bag. It's a pretty rough place.

I thought it was Foegele that unleashed that pass.
In the old days after the game, you'd go up to the guy that sent you a suicide pass and kick him firmly in the nuts.

That's one of the best ragdollings I've seen in a while. Couldn't happen to a more deserving guy.

an "out of town" customer of mine was in kelowna this morning and asked me how quickly i could have a bunch of twill lettering (used on jersey namebars) cut for him since he was trying to head back out of town asap. my response...
"on it like an oilers jersey tossed on the ice!"
he was still laughing about that when he stopped by to get his letters

Kassian back in Montreal means he was on Crescent St or St Catherines the night before catching up with his HA buddies, the ones that covered for him when he (sorry a 20 year old female driver - yeah right) plowed his F250 into a tree in Mtl.
(The Oilers traded for him as soon as he was done his NHL substance abuse program time, after said incident)

That crash is also why the Flames lost Byron on waivers. Montreal put Kassian on LTIR and had the open roster spot to claim Byron.

So it's ok for Oilers fans to judge the team in October when they're winning but if they aren't how dare they.
He's right though about looking dumb by the end of the season because there's been many seasons Oilers fans have bragged them up in October only to look dumb by the end of the season when they miss anyway.

Oilers weren’t gifted their 4-5 power plays and it showed.

Talk about hot garbage, the play of Puljujarvi has been amazingly bad, for $3m they should have kept Kassian.

Boxscore says Sportsnet picked them, and since it’s an oilers home game you can assume it’s someone like Gene principe or Louie debrusk/jack micheals lol
Just like they gave skinner the first star when they lost to the flames at home last week
