Just tuned in. 3-1 against the Flames, 7 shots. WTF? Are we playing down to a bad team again, and getting humiliated for it?

Dangerous spot for a young team to be in against a group of vets. Looooots of hockey still to go here tonight folks

"Not his fault". "He was screened". These things dont matter. Every goalie has to make saves on hard plays. Markstrom has been subpar all preseason and regular season its getting concerning.

Passing is sloppy, pucks aren't getting deep.. Not a great period.

The Oilers series damaged him. He hasn’t looked good in any start since the Dallas series. You can just feel the lack of confidence.

The team is asleep, but yeah.....it's the goalie's fault.
Marky was too deep in his net on that 3rd goal. Need to get a bit closer to the puck and cut off the angle.

Flames do NOT look prepared at all. Surprising. Very sloppy game. No focus.

A goalie isn't immune to criticism. The team has been bad tonight. That includes him.

Is it his fault? No. But he's been a factor.

This one is far from over but if you're going to lose one, this ain't a bad one to lose.

i don't really like the staunch goalie defending here . we paid 6 million aav for elite goaltending . he's supposed to the kind of goalie that can make some of those saves . if this was one of our former goalies then you could put all the blame on the team's lack of sheltering him but marky .. needs to have 1 or 2 of those that went in

So the puck goes on edge just as Middlestat is about to shoot an otherwise pedestrian backhand, and ends up going bar down, and Markstrom's fault?

Team bad but Markstrom needs to make big save too, that’s why he’s top goalie in the league
