Yep, as per the president of the Wranglers in the Heat thread, he heard the complaints from fans at Sunday's home opener and adjusted.

I respectfully forwarded my feedback on the isic being to loud to my ticket rep, and he in turn passed it on to the entertainment manager.

That reminds me, I haven't been contacted by mine yet...
But yes, even last night, too loud.. It felt like every stoppage in play, if I wanted to talk to the person next to me, I had to yell...

I remember emailing Ken King DURING a game about stuff and he’d get it fixed in minutes. Dude was a customer service champ.

I received a reply regarding the volume levels of the in-game entertainment and the Flames appear to be aware of this forum and are taking the feedback seriously. I was assured that they would be monitoring the noise level at our seat locations tonight and that the volume of the in-game and intermission program will be lowered.
Unfortunately, we won't be in attendance tonight, but I would be interested to hear if others notice this change, and how it impacts your experience (positive or negative).

Way quieter tonight! All audio from music, to voice overs,to intermission. It could even be a bit louder, but at least you can hear fans now and hear the progress beside you and visit during intermission!
Way better. Thank you Flames.

Who goes to the Saddledome to "have a conversation"? That's what your couch is for.
Give me all of the volume. Sick of the Dome sounding like library

There is nothing wrong with music played at a safe volume and crowd noise, but creating an artificially loud experience to the point your ears are ringing post game is not necessary
