Yeah...to put that in context thats less than half the cost of the Golden Knights.
Especially right now when the USD is beating the hell out of the Pound Sterling and stealing its lunch money.

I dunno I don't think they will be in the prem for long tbh what are there like 15k seats at Dean court and bournemouth is smaller than Kelowna. I think whether or not this turns out to be a good investment is down to how long they can keep milking the prem tv money. After that I could see them sinking back down to league 1 or 2 in the long run. But if they stay up a few years with their small payroll it'll look good in retrospect with those ridiculous tv revenues. The Russian who owns then has been outspwnding their revenues in the champ pretty significantly to keep them up at that level even

Danny Ward is gonna single handily get Leicester relegated. Might be the worst keeper I've ever seen, zero presence or awareness in the box.

I don’t know if it’s in this thread, but apparently Leicester can’t afford the fees to sack Rodgers. I don’t know if that’s true, but someone was saying that if they sack him, they’re in trouble with FFP. That’s a nightmare scenario, because with the right manager they should be able to stay up.

They sold Fofana to Chelsea for £70m and Schmeichel to Nice for next to nothing just to be rid of his wages. Wout Faes is the only player who has played that they brought in this past summer. I don't think it has anything to do with FFF, I think since Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha died his sons have run his other businesses badly and just don't want to invest in the club or pay the money to get rid of Rodgers. I don't see how any other manager could do much better really.

How is that at the very least VAR reviewable?
He clearly knows where he is and swings his arm back at him?

Kind of surprised that Jesus is back in. Did he get knocked out cold? Looked like did?

What a match; edge of my seat the whole time. 2 enormous wins in a row for Arsenal, belief is growing & growing in the team.

2022/2023 English Premier League
They’re working very hard, playing attractive football and showing way more resilience than previous sides that should’ve been more mature than them. That’s all I’ve wanted to see of an Arsenal side for way more than a decade.
It is impossible to express just how unlikeable Arsenal have been for so long. It is the metamorphosis that fans have cried out for for so long.

Yeah. You can see that it's a cohesive unit that plays for each other.
Martinelli was obviously fantastic but huge props to Arteta for playing Tomiyasu at LB to snuff out shoulders and free Martinelli up.
Liverpool haven't been the same since United slapped then about. At least they have City next week to bounce back.
You can just tell that Arteta like the rest of the league can't stand Klopp.

I mean you’re right about how hard it is to express how unlikeable they are!
