Yeah I think I figured it out on Capfriendly. 12F 7D 2G and 3 players on LTIR with Janmark in the minors gives me $167 under the cap.

I got oilerxplained that holland and the rest of the oilers management team are geniuses because they maximized the cap.
I asked if the “brains” were such great mathematicians, how come they didn’t have a full roster?
It’s because the full roster is not required with the glitter twinkies. And how it was a waste of money to pay for a player who wouldn’t play anyways. And a confidence boost for the twinkies who now won’t need to feel bad when others don’t get to play.
Let all of that sink in. I just said that it’s not a limitation, it’s a benefit?
