CP Discount: Calgary Wranglers Home Opener - Oct 16/22
Hello All!
Long time reader, and occasional poster on CP. My name is Jamie Cochrane, and I am the present Manager of Business Operations with the Calgary Wranglers, and formerly the President of the Stockton Heat. As fun as it was relocating for a year in Stockton, I am extremely excited to have our AHL team in Calgary. The excitement and connection with the Flames, and to be able to show our prospects and development team to this audience is an awesome opportunity for all of us. I personally got to be at the Heat games last season and can only speak highly of the quality of hockey, as well the quality of our prospects and development team. You're going to love it.

Hi Jamie, thank you for message! Will definitely spread the word where I can, Wranglers games are gonna be affordable and I can't wait to have the farm team here in the city alongside the big club. Very excited.
Also, since you're the MBO of the Wranglers... WHERE IS SCORCH? This is the easiest mascot decision in the history of pro sports.

Thanks Jamie for recognizing Calgarypuck as the home for die hard hockey fans with the level of knowledge to appreciate having the Flame’s farm team right in their back yard.
I wish you and the Wranglers nothing but success in their inaugural season in Calgary!

Hey Jamie, do the wranglers plan on having any big event nights during the season? Maybe something similar to the hitmen teddy bear toss?

We are working on some ideas. Been a weird offseason with timing against us. We will start releasing details as we cement them rather than being in a position to release a promo schedule in advance like you would see in the regular cycle with teams.

It’s not completely clear yet. Supply chain has been a factor. Definitely doing all we can, just very quick turnaround around this offseason. Believe me - I can’t wait to own one as much as you guys.
