Default October 7 with one regular season opening game!

It is a soft opening for the NHL as it starts the season in Prague, Czech Republic.

just weird that the regular season starts today and then the Flames play a preseason game.

there needs to be about 3 fewer preseason games

This reminds me of that silly short covid season where the Flames played a few regular season games against the Canucks while the playoffs had already started.

I don't think this is unusual. For years now since the NHL started playing games overseas there have been regular season games coinciding with preseason games.

I will pass on these two, such a weird choice for a matchup overseas.

Virtual ads along the boards are messing with the image. Looks jittery

I’ve been watching for 6 seconds, my first time using SN Now… it’s miles better than NHL live ever was.

SN Now has been good for me too so far. About as
much pre season hockey as I'd get usually. This board issue isn't a SN Now thing though. I blame the NHL Network feed unless it looks fine to you or anyone else? Could be a me thing

Oh it’s jittery for sure. I’m just happy that nhl buildings don’t have those. Yet.
