I know it's juvenile, but when a guy talks about CBT,I never think they're talking about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My wife does later in the day. I don’t know if it helps much anyway because she really struggles with sleep (probably unrelated to caffeine).

I make decaf coffee and tea for people for a drink to go with dinner dessert. Some people are sensitive to caffeine at night. I do it to be a good host, especially for older people or people who aren't certain. The taste is there, but it's definitely lesser quality to the caffeinated stuff.

Me though, I can drink coffee at night and go to sleep without too much problem. I make normal coffee and tea in the evening if the whole group is amenable.

This doesn't include some that claim caffeine gives them the ####s. No idea if this is true, but it's a legitimate reason as well if that's the case.

Well, coffee assists in relieving constipation, so yeah does help you poop.
moreso if you add some chicory root to the coffee.
It's not the caffeine though, decaf works as well.

Fair comment, but I mean I've met people who say the caffeine versions of tea do the same. They're fine with decaf.

I usually keep some decaf coffee and decaf earl grey tea on hand.

?????? There is no difference in flavour unless you’re using cheap coffee and like it watery…. The caffeine isn’t the flavour

I may soon be able to work in Cape Breton at my current job. Our family is torn right now on what to do, as my wife has a great day home business, and we love our house. But Cape Breton is home to my wife. The people are a little slower paced and a bit kinder, and the summers are gorgeous. This is a really big decision and I feel ill equipped to make it. I was up until midnight playing crusader kings 3 as my 69 year old King trying to screw a bunch of widows. I'm supposed to make these kinds of decisions?
