You seem a tad sensitive to this topic which is odd as it's not like suggesting middle aged men like Prince Andrew are creepy ######bags is exactly an edgy or controversial position for me to take.

Any way as I said every man I have met has been an utter ######bag, most of them also drive stupid cars and used to wear acid wash jeans and Ed Hardy t shirts, it was dam near a uniform for middle aged ######bags, now granted my sample size is small, only a few hundred mostly Vancouverites but that was the only comment I made, every man I have met.

Maybe there is a vast army of deep thinking humanitarian self effacing men out there being pursued beyond their almost saint like ability to resist 20 year old breasts to whom a relationship with a near child is intellectual, the shagging and associated showing off to his friends is almost an irrelevance and in fact it is only the deeply stimulating connection about their shared life experiences, common cultural reference points and hopes and dreams for the future that bind them together, maybe, but I haven't ever met them, all I ever met were ######bags.

You're an excellent ranter, I'll give you that.

Since you draw conclusions better than van Gogh drew landscapes, I'l reiterate; if it's a pattern of pursuing and harassing younger women (late teen - early 20s) then yes that is disgusting. If you have a couple age-gap hook ups in your history from a bar pick up, don't see the big deal.

You probably only have a few billion more to meet. I wonder if your theory will hold true at the end.

Everyone is a shallow ######bag at 20, we think with nothing but our dicks, that's why we hang out in bars looking to get laid, the whole point of growing up is we stop doing pretty much juvenile things like that.

On the occasions I might go to see a band at a bar or the like and some either drunk or emotionally damaged near child, who under normal healthy circumstances wouldn't touch my old, wrinkled arse with a ten foot pole, proves to be damaged enough that an old git like me by dint of some combination of my money and their sad effed up childhood and too many martini's thinks I might be worth shagging, well if I'm not pretty immature (ie a ######bag) I should and have taken it as a nice compliment but pointed out they are the same age as my daughter and that I dont live my life that way.

That's just me though

I don't have an issue with large age gaps for consenting adults.

It’s easier to convince 20 year olds to join the military & go to war than it is to convince 40 year olds.

But age does not matter.

Unless you want to make decisions based on critical thought, and use your life experience to avoid being exploited.
Sounds like an argument to raise the voting age to 25.

Now I know why Leonardo DiCaprio always dumps his partners when they turn 25...

If the rumours are true. How the hell do you get to the point of sexually assaulting one of your employees and assaulting another one trying to intervene?

Seems pretty messed up. Will be interesting to see if statements are made this week. You would hope that the rumours aren’t accurate. But you probably don’t completely cancel an event like that unless they are. Sounded like the event was a big deal.

A lot of lives directly and indirectly will definitely be ruined.

or if you're going to take away their right to vote, I assume you'll waive their obligation to pay taxes as well?

You mean how people under 18 don’t pay taxes?

Or. If you don’t pay taxes. You don’t vote. Probably a better strategy. The voted in party is spending the voters money.

Only property and business owners should be allowed to vote. You want a say on how things go? Then get your s*** together and actually have something at stake. Why are we letting all these useless dummies with nothing to gain or lose have a say in things? This cuts out 90% of the Riff Raff right away.

What's everyone's view on abortion and legally assisted suicide as it relates to age of the decision maker?

October 13th. More than enough time to also use this thread to discuss people's views on fire-arms restrictions

Depends. Do they have a history of sexual assault? Have they ever dated or had relations with someone half their age? Have they ever sexually assaulted anyone half their age? Yes to any of the above and I’m in favour of restrictions and barriers to gun ownership.
