Installing a 3-4 D after more than a decade of 4-3 is going to have its growing pains but the tackling today has been abysmal. Shane Waldron was/is a bad hire. Throwing screens to DK is dumb. He’s a downfield receiver. Running into a stacked box on every first down is also dumb. Bad coaching. Average talent. Bad execution. Gonna be a long season.

I honestly can't believe Lattimore got tossed too. And that weak penalty to keep the Bucs drive alive after stopping them on 3rd down that resulted in their first TD was ridiculous.

Not blaming the overall L on that, as Jameis was terrible and Tampa had lockdown coverage on the Saints WRs all game. When Tampa was getting shut out they were still moving the ball better than the Saints were, I knew it was just a matter of time before Tampa took over given how anemic the Saints offence was. But still, those 2 things greatly affected the game in the 4th quarter when the Saints wheels fell off.

Plus that brutal fumble by Ingram in the 4th quarter when Saints looked like they were about to go up 10-3. Man that was a frustrating quarter, I'm way too hung over to be dealing with those kind of emotions!
