Yeah, it’s Zary and Klapka. Poirier has had some awful shifts. Very disappointing.

Zary could/should have a couple of goals and points, the best player in my books. Klapka is really fun, hope he can round out his game a little more.

Klapka is a pleasant surprise. It’s what we hoped Hunter Smith would’ve been. I apologize in advance for some PTSD and eye-twitching.

Schwindt has had good and bad, but more good. Beck and Nikolayev have looked good too.

I want to see Zary playing A LOT in the AHL this season. Give him all the minutes. This guy clearly still has a lot of potential.

Nik has good motor, blocks shots, very good stick-breaks up a ton of plays/passes.

I am not worried about Pelletier. I have no doubt that he knows the opportunity he is walking into in Flames training camp next week; it is completely unsurprising if he is looking past these next two games.

Bob Stauffer looks like he is knocking on Death's Door.

Death has wisely decided to pretend he is not home.

Of course. He’s going to be better playing with the big boys. Schwindt too.

I said earlier, he runs out of breath before he can complete the longer sentences.

I am pretty happy that Zary is having such a good showing this weekend. This is probably better than if Pelletier was the one turning heads.

Yeah, I said in another thread that it would be nice to see him distinguish himself, to get some excitement going for him again.

I think the lack of good d prospects is showing. Not much for transition/2nd wave chances and not generating much from the blue line. Interesting that Pelletier/Zary got reunited and Klapka gets rewarded with time on that line

Zary-Pelletier-Klapka now a line. Zary wants the puck.
