Certainly not. But he's not 25. He's 45 and between the huge age gap, his physical stature, celebrity and wealth there's a huge power imbalance at play here.

No you dirtbag, as a part owner don’t abuse your power on staff. Full stop. As a person in a place of authority you have to be a responsible adult. If the person didn’t work for you and was a consenting adult it’s a different story. Not the case here and actions have consequences.

All you require is two people, above the legal age of consent. If that criteria is met, why do you care? If that that criteria is not met why do you care about their age? It's a big problem any which way you slice it.
That’s funny, adults under the age of 25 can’t rent a car like someone over the age of 25 because they have been statistically proven to make worse decisions than those over the age of 25.
But hey… what would actuarial science know about human psychology and the cognitive development to appropriately understand risks/rewards and comprehend the nuances of them?
It’s easier to convince 20 year olds to join the military & go to war than it is to convince 40 year olds.
But age does not matter.
Unless you want to make decisions based on critical thought, and use your life experience to avoid being exploited.
