^Hell of a player and Top Tier in the League but never has scored 100pts and has been injury prone.

16.5x7, hell no.

UFA I would do maybe 13 max.

It’ll likely be in the 12-13 range

No thanks. You’d have to gut the team to do it.

This is what I think. After all those years at a ridiculous bargain of $6M, I think it's a safe bet he becomes the highest paid player in the league. But at the same time, I expect he will want to still make it as easy on the team as possible.

So 8 X $13-13.5M

Treliving Q&A up this morning on the Athletic with Thomas Drance. Tree once again says they are still in the market for a forward addition

“We’re probably still looking up front, not only to figure out who is playing with who, but we’re still in the market for forward additions”

Avs/McKinnon should do $12,500,001 AAV, to be petty.

Wheeler would be a great add on our RW, if Treliving is looking. I imagine he'd cost a pretty penny though. I also can't imagine us being able to pull that one off without Lucic being used as a cap dump.

Yeah, maybe cost for Winnipeg to get rid of him.

Wheeler is not a Sutter player at all and is in a steep decline right now.

There's something rotten in the Jets locker room. I would be weary of acquiring any of the players that are part of their leadership group.

This is rad to hear.

I imagine they see it as something along the lines of:

Huberdeau - Lindholm - ?/Toffoli
Mangiapane - Kadri - Toffoli/?
Dube - Backlund - Coleman

Hang on a second.
Am I missing something here?

Are you saying Kylington is better than Andersson, Hanifin, Tanev or Weegar???

He must have had a phenomenal summer.

5/6D IMO, don't think I'd want Faksa though. Would rather do Kylington for point producer

Just because we have 4 better players in front of him does not mean he isn't a top 4 D man.

I'm not positive that Dube's a lock on the third line.

There's a few different ways to shuffle depending what type of player they add (if they do)... I imagine we see the lines in a blender for the first few weeks, see what clicks, regardless if we add anyone or not.

I guess I may have been missing something.

Most certainly thought the poster’s opinion was based on where OK slots in, on the Flames D.

Perhaps, she/he will rectify.
