Some moron in my neighbourhood keeps moving two pedestrian detour signs out into the road to block the driving lanes. Anytime anyone moves them off the road, whoever does it comes out after and puts them back on the road.
I think they'll go missing in the night. Either the signs, or the person. Haven't decided yet.
I have no issue with longer wait times for ordering food on weekends, I know it's busy so I'm fine with them stating the wait time for my chicken will be an hour. What I'm not ok with is being at the chicken place after 50 minutes only to find my order is already done, and judging from the lukewarm temperature has been sitting on the shelf for the last 10-15 minutes. If you're not as busy as you thought you were gonna be, maybe a heads up text would be nice to tell me to pick up the food earlier

People that brag about how much #### they got done before 9 am. I don’t give a crap. It’s the weekend and I am sleeping in.
I will get the same amount of stuff done. Just later in the day. You are not better than everyone else because you got up early on the weekend.
LOL! I was mowing / weed whacking last weekend at 10:30am and saw one of my neighbours spare bedroom windows crank shut…. and it gave me great pleasure. I feel zero shame waking up the man child (mid 30’s) that is still in bed at 10:30am on a weekend, and no, he doesn’t work night shifts, just fkn lazy.
Last weekend I bought the ego cordless mower as well as the trimmer/blower. The sales guy said I could be mowing at 6 am and not bother anyone. I may try that!

Now that school is back in, School buses and their stupid flashing light on the roof.
I get it, you are carting around precious children. However, I don't need a blinking light on the roof to make me aware of the 40 foot long, bright yellow building rolling down the road holding everyone up. It tends to draw attention to itself as-is.

We sure learned a lot about one of the people in your story.

The amount of road construction in and around the Beltline right now is insane. It’s like they waited until the end of the summer to do everything at once… so frustrating.

You know what's made worse by nearby lawnmower/weedwacker sounds at anytime of day? Everything.
If you enjoy your tedious monoculture maintenance chores, good for you. There's nothing wrong with people not wanting to hear you do it.
We've only got a few more weeks to lawn shame! I for one will make the most of it!

It’s borderline hypocritical depending on perspective. Sounds of people maintaining / taking pride in their property vs. the stench of someone’s “recreational” activity are different worlds to me. I find the sound of mowers somewhat soothing, as it reminds me we’re in the short and best time of year. Listening to some tunes while I take care of my property is a pretty pleasant way to get some exercise as well, and I would have no issues with anyone in the neighbourhood doing the same.

Good machine to protect seniors from heart attacks. A non-lazy non-man-child would use a shovel.
Yeah, if I can shovel the driveway in 45mins I will, but when we get the heavier snow, out comes the blower. Think I only needed it 3-4 times last year, but other years have have gotten heavier dumps. Seemed like last year was more snow days with lighter snow, so it was manageable with the shovels. Sure don’t feel bad firing up the blower when “needed” though.
