I find labour day to have way more people off than other stats. I think maybe because people feel fall coming on and it's the last chance to get away while it's nice out.

But yeah, blue collar usually has a lot more people working than white collar. Add to that that this company he went through sounds like a small business and I could see them operating with at least the owner there.

Admittedly, I was not as skeptical about this as some. But now that the supposed appointment was two days ago and we’ve heard nothing from flames_gimp, this absolutely seems to have been a not so elaborate scam. Either prove that you got this done, or admit that you scammed the people of CP.

While I agree with you here, the fact that he stated the work was being done on Labour Day and has not updated anyone since will give most people a pretty good reason for some concern (especially those that donated)...don't you think?

Sure that's fair but it took him all of an hour to email transfer then crow about it here. Seems like we're always told to be patiant and wait when its result time.
