If you look at the posting history, the account was created early in Monahan's rookie season and was very active for his first two seasons before tapering off.
Butler was only here for his rookie year, so it's unlikely to have been him in 2014-15. He may have had a hand in creating it, or he may have suggested it and someone else ran with the idea, but it probably wasn't him running it.

My bet is that it's a trainer or support staff that Monahan has a good relationship with. I wouldn't be surprised if the mystery poster checks in with Monahan before each post to make sure he's OK with it.
