I can say, with absolute certainty, it is not Chris Butler. The person behind the account has never played in the NHL. The video didn't reveal Butler was the author of the tweets. Sean just said he was pretty sure it was him. Some of the tweets were sent while Butler was playing in games. Remember when everyone thought it was McGrattan? It's not him either. There were some interviews when other names were thrown out as well. I do know who the person is, but it's not up for me to reveal that person's identity.

All right, non player made me think Ryan Leslie. But “never played in the NHL” makes me think it’s someone who played but not NHL level. It’d be hilarious if it was Treliving.

Trevliving has too much class to do this to his own player. Management mocking a player like that should be punished, even if they think they are doing it in a friendly "we love you" way.
I think/hope we can count out any Flames management. Fire them if it is one of them and it becomes known.
