At the same time a player that isn't dressed interacting with any player is going to draw a flag.
Remember Duke was also accused on multiple occasions of spitting on players.
Seeing that and Marino continuing to dole out cheap shots.
There's a respect level problem between the players and Craig. With the penalties they take its clear that he can't get his players to be disciplined.
By the way if that was Maas that called that pass play in field goal range, if I was Craig I'd be ripping his head off.
Lets look at this. You're in field goal range. a run player is low risk and lets you center the ball and run the clock.
Your offensive line is hot garbage, you know the Bombers are coming.
Falafel is not a super accurate passer.
And you throw the ball.
Seriously.
BTW again, that is the worst oline in the league.
Ok back to Duke. As a coach if a player gets that type of penalty, I'd basically kick him off of the field and send him back to the dressing room.
Oh and as a coach, I'd be seriously watching the tape on Marino and giving him a bus ticket back to Alabama. Its the only way that Craig is going to gain some control on the team.
But this problem is also on the team captains. Where's the leadership?
