I don't mind Matt Rose.

You can tell he's not super experienced but I find him more enjoyable than Will Nault was.

The rotating person on the other side has just been okay.

After Boomer left, I found the mornings difficult to listen to.
However, over the last week or two, I gotta say that I'm pleasantly surprised to find that I'm enjoying it again.

Morning show is a bit better without Nault but Matt Rose needs to do his own thing and make the show uniquely his own. They are still aping the Boomer stuff hard.

I've heard through the grapevine that the Fan960 has hired someone new for the Morning show 'from out east'. Heard that the new show will kickoff in 'early October'.

Right? I find Matt Rose impossible to listen to when he's trying so hard to be a funny guy. When he was on with Steinberg in the afternoons there a few months ago he was quite good. Rose, if you're reading, cut the wannabe funny guy crap and stick to sports. You're MUCH better at it. My take anyway.

I think he's done okay so far. It's hard to follow up such a great host in Boomer. Rose is trying to keep mornings balanced between fun and sports, but yes he's leaning into Boomer's content a bit too hard. That said I have enjoyed certain things he's done, and he's landed some great guests so far. I'll be happy to give him some time to settle into his own style, especially after being thrown into hosting that segment so suddenly. I honestly think he can do it.

Whatever crap they play in the morning is atrocious absolutely unlistenable. Whatever clown talking in a daffey duck voice is incredibly annoying. I think its time to completely quit this station absolutely awful content
