That save by MacTavish is going to go down as one of the best in history.. which is hilarious because he finished with 18 pts in 7 games and all anyone is going to talk about is a defensive play he made.

Watching the highlights of that save, watch the Finn in the crease, arms in the air celebrating the goal.

With the puck sitting there and bouncing like it was, if he whacks his stick even into the other sticks, that likely knocks the puck into the net.

Niemela is a Leafs pick so he has even more nightmares in his future.

That was an incredible play and the kind of stuff that makes the WJCs such a fantastic tournament. It's an amazing tournament for young kids stepping up and becoming heroes.

The Covid draft sure is going to look wonky in hindsight.
size is always a tough thing to overcome... was hoping Calgary was going to pick him... he's really had a good tournament, but doesn't always translate to the pros.

what a roller coaster of a game though...crazy goal mouth save

After re-watching this over and over again, noticed how Bedard defended that Finnish player from going for the rebound. That kid is pretty good.
