Not looking good for the 8 players.
There was a post on the reddit thread about this saying the nightclub had photo's of the 8 players there the night it happened but have since taken them down.

They go on to name the 8 players in the photo's...

Lol she consented to sex with one player and then seven other dudes join and they think the mom reporting it to the police might go to the level of criminality. My lord men are dumb sometimes.

If this is what happened (which I'm not saying did happen this way because I'm only going based on what is reported), reporting a consequential encounter you regret later as rape is a crime.

My point across three posts was that this doesn't look good for the players, but raises in reality raises more questions all around, and could look really bad for the mom as well.

No it doesn’t look bad for the mom. Her daughter told her what happened and she went to the police to let the police investigate. There’s not a situation in which this looks bad for the mom.

So you'd be alright if someone you had a consensual sexual encounter with you, talking to their parent about how they regretted it. Then that parent going to the cops claiming it was rape?

So to be clear, as the lawsuit that was filed by the victim who alleges she was raped, you believe that the mother did her daughter wrong by going to the police but also that the daughter lied in the lawsuit about what happened?

What realistically happened is the mother, being a good mother, knew something was wrong and proded and was given enough information to believe it was rape (or just told as much) but her daughter like 2/3 of rape victims did not want to go to the police. The mother did anyways because she believed her daughter was raped.

My mind didn't go anywhere, and my two posts had a lot more exploration of the text messages.

The woman has said it wasn't consensual and players have said that it was consensual (I don't know who is lying, though it seems like the players). So I posted the different angels of the text message the obvious negatives of this release for the players, and also what if the text messages are exactly what happened.

I was quite clear in my original post that this is an overall negative for the players and raises a lot of questions about if there was consent.

With the number of players who have spoken up and said they weren’t involved, it becomes quite telling if certain players don’t speak up.

Then again saying you weren’t involved, doesn’t necessarily mean that is the case either.
Has Dube or his agent said anything yet?

If you take the absolute worst victim blaming position and believed that the girl was not raped, her mother reporting it to the police doesn’t amount to criminal activity unless she knowingly provided false information to the police.

Dube’s agent said he was not involved in wrongdoing. No player was because they were cleared by the police.

So yeah, not a great statement so far.

Oh and he’ll sue you if you suggest anything.
