Wow great signing by the Canes he should fit nicely into that core. AAV will be interesting to see.

Edit - craziness, good for Dallas but 4.5 is pretty hefty, I still really liked what he brought in Florida

I LOVE Marchment, and I think he's about to break out big time. I'm really bummed that the Panthers didn't try to keep him.

Nearly a point per game, 27 years old, 6'4, 4 years right through his prime.
I don't even care what the AAV is, this looks like it might be good deal. Unless it falls apart.

Yeah I just don't know if I buy him as a second line winger on his own merit. Seemed like he was buoyed by really good offensive players on a really good offensive team.
