These are clearly signings that they had planned regardless of the JG13 situation. Plan B is taking some time.
Many of the players (Trocheck, Varano, Copp) I was hoping would be part of plan B are already signed.

Actual cap implications are small. Even though they are 1 way deals they are low enough to be sent to the AHL.
