Hopefully we're still competitive enough by then to convince him to come home.
I am not sure if this is true, but someone on here said that his dad worked for the Flames and named him after Cale Hulse. Seems like it was maybe a joke, but I would love to know if that is actually true.

Ottawa I think is the most improved team this offseason. DeBrincat, Giroux, Talbot among others. Great for them.

Sens really seem to know what they are doing this year. After 5 down years since they came within a goal of making the Stanley Cup Finals, they seem to be coming back. Classic Canadian rebuild through the draft and it looks like they could do some damage.

When do we start to malign this grown man for moving closer to "mommy and daddy"?

IMO it's not even close.

Just a great offseason so far.

Yup.

That Debrincat deal was an absolute steal. Adding in him and Giroux into their offence gives them a very deep team up front. 6 legit top 6 forwards: Giroux, Debrincat, Tkachuk, Norris, Batherson, and Stutzle. Very well rounded group...I'm jelly.

It really highly depends on Stutzle developing to his ceiling. If he does and the other deliver the front is as good as any. The back end needs big time help.

Trade them Hanifin for Stutzle.

If the Sens are starting to operate like an actual hockey team, I wonder what he chances are of them going in on Matthew Tkachuk?

Melnyk actually seemed to be holding Dorion back. He is killing this offseason
