How Will Nault somehow seems to continually be put in more prominent roles at that station is so confusing to me.
I'm not sure I've actually ever heard of anybody that has liked listening to Will on the radio, or that thinks he has good insight on anything.

They dissed Peters Drive in and Burger King today during the “Fried Chicken” segment.
Yeah, Peters is expensive and probably overrated, but I’ll take a Whopper seven days of the week over any other fast food burger. The Big Show can GTFO.

The one thing they said that was right was that Burger King is bottom tier fast food.

Peters has world class milkshakes, the fries are decent. Hamburgers are not good.
Disclosure: I knew the daughter of the founder and also know the second owners (who still own it unless they sold recently).

Nailed it. I love BK and were it not for wanting to live a longer life, I think I could eat that everyday. It's the best, hands down.

Burger King tastes good, but if I eat it, I have a greater than 50% chance of feeling sick. The most violently ill I have ever been in my life was after eating a Whopper, which I am sure was food poisoning.

Maybe you're just allergic to deliciousness?

Out driving and flipped on 960 and someone was talking about some Cleveland brown trading possibilities. It's rare (10%?) that cbssports ever talks about anything interesting to me.
If they are going to lean into podcasts, they should have a dedicated NFL show on the weekends. Know your audience.

Whenever I have a whopper my fingers smell like a whopper for hours. That's even after washing my hands more than once too.

If eating a Whopper give you food poisoning, that's on you IMO. But I can understand the aversion to it if that's the case.
At BK you can also get 8 nuggets (used to be 10) for $2.99. My kids love them.

I'll need to test out your world class milkshakes theory; they're definitely good, but that's a pretty big claim to make.
Fries are good, although I prefer the onion rings. Burgers are fine (I always add lettuce and tomato to balance things out).

Forgot what thread I was in.
Lately I'll go through a drive through and afterwards look at what I just spent, think to myself that I could have gotten something from a real restaurant for this.

There are places here in very expensive victoria where I can get a burger/fries and a beer for 17 bucks. That is cheaper than wendys

I still think a Whopper tastes the best of the fast food chain burgers. It's just the rest of their menu is bad.

Pierre Mcguire?! Unreal how bad sportsnet is at following the draft and fielding some folks that 1) actually know these prospects and 2) are not painful to watch/listen to.

Now...I am a foody. So I to will not add my name to the list of someone who thinks Burger King is good. Eating great food is a must whenever I travel, I refuse to waste money on a place for "OK" food. This past weekend I had "The Best Damn Crab Cioppino" in San Francisco, one of the highlights of the trip. The problem with the food discussion it that there is very few restaurants that I have not made better food and that is not my opinion, it is anyone that tries my dishes. My Smash Burgers are second to none, my Smoked Brisket and Prime Rib are perfect. I have never had better Ribeye than what I have made (in fact a Rib-eye and wine, just the meat and wine is now a meal at our house...why add a potato or other fillers - and that is my wife's idea). My wife says I have ruined dine-in/take-out Ramen for her because of my Pot Belly Ramen is the best she has ever tasted. She also never liked Pork Chops until I sous vibe and butter pan fried her a 1"cut so it was still juicy and tender. My in-laws always ask for my Grilled Salmon when they visit. So I am in total agreeance with you but like to take it a step further and make sure I am eating at a restaurant that serves great food not just a real restaurant.

Slightly aided by the fact really only a couple countries do milkshakes. But for fast food shakes, yeah. I had a shake shack last weekend and they've gone downhill.
