Listening to games in the middle of the night from the Czech Republic, or hockey talk during the day, etc. To me that is so cool.
I understand Jiri's position on the economics of it, I totally get that, I just like that our ex-pats and foreign fans get that connection to our community and team.
But what I like and what is Financially Viable are often two very separate things.

Yup. Morning show in the morning (on delay) while I run to work. Boomer, Rhett and Pinder with Adnan, and Brunt were great guests.
Flames games on at lunch time through tunein radio - 960 broadcast. And of course 630 CHED on those special days that jersey's are hitting the ice in garbage town.

Nice to see Friedman in his latest 32 Thoughts admit that Cale Makar could win a Hart trophy one day.

So who’s going to be on the air tomorrow morning? Apologies if it was previously discussed or announced…

Looks like Nault and Logan are doing the show tomorrow morning.

Summer scheduling would've changed things up, regardless.

Welp, that officially kills the last bit of interest I had in the morning show. Losing Boomer is rough. Gaining Nault is the final nail.

Pretty accurate description of the Calgary show!

Even 15 years ago - radio advertising was quite cheap for talk radio and I can't imagine the audience has gone up since then.

I was listening earlier and Nault mentioned that he and Logan were in just for today, and there was a surprise in store for tomorrow.

5 hours of mostly 590 is intolerable. The mornings without Boomer and Warrener just don't fly.
Big CFL fan so will likely listen at end of the day now but I do like rock n Roll. I just don't like "funny" DJs so flip around a lot.

Hopefully, because it doesn’t make much sense giving the morning show to the most boring guy they have.

That scheduled tells me the morning commute is no longer radio primetime.

Not a fan of Nault at all. He is an opinionated blowhard that is far too thin skinned….I appreciate being opinionated (I am) but when it is unknowledgeable opinionated it’s like listening to a child.

Those are some big shoes to fill.
I listened to the Poirier interview on the way to work. Not a bad interview in terms of the questions being asked, but it was not entertaining at all. I literally had to turn the station.
Interested to see what they have lined up tomorrow.
