Seems like at least 75% of the time that I have a UPS delivery on the way I end up with them updating delivery info to say "delivery attempted" despite me having been home the whole time, nobody having come to the door, and no notice left. Why do you suck so much UPS?!?

2. Sit at different tables? No Way! You only get magic powers when you sit at a table with 15 other people. Does it matter you can't talk to them all? (even though you probably have interest in that anyway) Nope!
3. Disappointed that there's no available table for 10 at 5:30 pm or lunch time at your favorite restaurant? Who could have seen that coming! Take 2 or 3 separate tables instead? But then you won't get to watch that relative or co-worker you really don't like eat with their mouth full!!
4. Do you love hearing people asking for annoying substitutions for their meal? I know I do! Pretty good odds of that with 15 people! Especially with lots of ladies! (sorry, its true)
5. The food didn't all come out at once? Yours is taking 20 minutes longer than the first people who got there's and now it's just awkward for them sitting around waiting? No way was that predictable!
6. Having trouble with the bill? Not easy for the server to split the bill for everyone for some reason.? No problem! Your food cost $12 but everyone's share is now somehow $25 because other people are terrible!
7. Did you only have an hour to eat, but you still don't have your food because your ordered as part of a big, unorganized group! Of course so!
8. Want to just eat your meal and leave? How rude! You simply must sit around for another 45 minutes and make small talk as you're bored out of your mind!
My wife has a bigger extended family who enjoy this form of torture. I refuse to ever be a part of it. Niece's high school graduation? I'll happily sit through a boring 3 hour high school graduation, 100%. Extended family dinner out after? Count me out - (That was actually my life today)
Nice relaxing Sunday morning? Better go a busy breakfast restaurant, wait around forever so you can watch relatives eat! Not a chance I'm doing that.
Bonus points if you're somehow expected to pay for other adult relatives sometimes for some inexplicable reason.

This fits the description of a typical Chinese banquet dinner we have a couple times a year

Yep I actually refuse to buy from any store that delivers with UPS. A month back I had something that was delivered from California to Calgary overnight and then spent the next 8 days going back and forth with UPS to actually get the damned thing. They're terrible. And worse, they don't even GAF.

Chairs without arm rests should all be destroyed. I can give dining room chairs a pass but any other chair should always have arm rests especially chairs in a boardroom.

UPS within Canada can be 'ok'. But never, ever, use them to ship something from the US to Canada. There is no product in the world good enough to endure that torture. Find a different company to buy it from, find a different item that does the same thing from someone else, or just live without it.

I don’t even know if I’d trust Fedex to ship Canada to Canada without it getting stuck in Memphis for a week.

On my commute to work they have scraped up a 2 meter section of the road.
You know when they take the top layer off of the road because they're going to re-pave it or whatever. So its a small bump, like maybe an inch.
Why do pickup trucks slow to a crawl to go over this tiny bump?
Do you have the Czar's Faberge Egg collection in the truck bed or something?
Its a tiny bump. Your vehicle is perfectly capable of absorbing that shock at a paltry 50 kms/hour.

I had a flu about a month ago and I'm still coughing weeks later. I've tried to get an appointment to see a doctor but it's always 1015 or noon or whatever and that's just impossible given my current work schedule. Why are medical center hours so completely divorced from what would be practical? So frustrating. I just want to be able to, you know, breathe.

I've purchased from a few places in the past that had the option to choose a different shipper and then they still went and shipped it UPS anways. F those companies.

I work downtown. Currently, 12-14 hours a day. I can't really drive out to an office for an hour in the middle. If it was 8 or 9am I could manage it, do an hour at home and just go into the office after the appointment, but apparently an 830am appointment is not a thing. Is it really weird to have no appointment spaces before 1015 daily? This is apparently just how my doctor's office schedules.

I also find appointments to be stressful but you just have to book them and take the time to go. What are you without your health, right.

Why not just book an appointment with one of the many walk-ins downtown? If we're dealing with a stomach flu issue, don't think we need a family doctor there.

My doctor's first appointment is usually starts at 9:30, but the office opens at 8. I've been told the gap is becuase the teams meet to review patient test results and cases from the previous day, and do paperwork at such. It makes sense in that regard. They also hold the first few spots at 9 for emergency bookings, I think. I've gotten those occasionally.

Y’all gotta make use of their coupons - both the paper ones and online. So many 2-fee-1’s to be had. And enjoyed.

How do you know it's just the flu if you've not been able to see a doctor? I'm not a doctor, but I know a month of coughing is not a minor issue you should put off.
No job is worth sacrificing your health. Even if you think you're indispensable, you're not - if you were run over by a posse of demented clowns tomorrow, the world would still go on. Make the time.
