The facial expressions are great.

Didn't get to see the game, can't wait to see the highlights.

Am mildly disappointed that it didn't go to 7, as I would have been able to watch that, and was hoping to be able to do so, but...congrats to the Avs!

MacKinnon in on both goals.

MacKinnon better than McDavid confirmed.

Boo….

Did not want either team, but living in CO and hearing the fireworks in our neighborhood, I wanted Tampa to at least muster a better 3rd period at home

Hey Flames, sign Johnny long term, sprinkle in a some smart free agent signings, bring up some of the younger guys from the Heat, and build a modern arena already (City taxes should help).

He's the next James Neal.

But in all seriousness....F U Perry and thr horse you rode in on.

Glad the cup is back in the west. All the nauseating talk about how teams in the west weren't up-to it and blah blah blah and Connor McDavid ×100000 dear God hit me in the face with a chair.

Congrats AVS. Funny how not long ago Bednar was a coaching consideration by the Flames but we hired some other putzes instead.

I make joke yes?

I'm thrilled that the Avs won, honestly. Am a fan of a ton of players on that roster and a fresh champion is always welcome. Was a hell of a run by Tampa.

It’s funny, I never blamed TB for 2004. It wasn’t their fault that the goal wasn’t counted. The worst they did was the real subtle interference on their “winning” goal in that game.

Yeah, I hate Tampa more for some of the really annoying trolls that were posting here and some of their media that was being dismissive of the Flames, but that "goal" isn't one of them. No one on the Flames thought it was a goal at the time, and even with the videos we have now, it still looks like it is in the realm of inconclusive. Personally, I am only 50-50 or 60-40 that it actually crossed the line.

Still glad the Avs beat them though, although it always bothers me when any team wins other than the Flames.
