Too early to celebrate. Radar shows the stormfront to the south and moving north this afternoon. I extended one of my eavestroughs further from the house and put a tarp over the vegetable garden. Haven't had a problem with it before but hoping my basement is spared.

That "modeling" looks a little suspect to me and it would be nice to see more than 2 hours of prior movement. The actual shows the storm primarily circling counterclockwise and from noon onwards all they do for the forecast is push it up from south to north.
