In this case, the whol youtube address is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iys86OcXPY8

So you take the portion at the end (after the ?v=) Iys86OcXPY8

and put Youtube flags around it, like this [youtube]Iys86OcXPY8[/youtube]
