Their only players make it 7-4.

This is not said enough. The chances they gave the Oilers stars was disgusting. Multiple 10 bell chances multiple times every game

Maybe your talking about the series. But in game 1 the flames mostly dominated.

And as we say that the Avs give one up.

Didn't Hyman just fall??

That feels like a real game management call.

You’re not wrong, but also not right.
They're afraid to make mistakes because they aren't skilled enough, as a group, to skate with McDavid/Kane.

They're afrad to make mistakes because the coach will bench them if they do.

They're afraid to make mistakes because the system they played was too passive against a quick-strike team.

I mean, there's a million reasons, but look at the pace of this game compared to what the Flames brought, as a group.

Hell, they were afraid to make mistakes because Markstrom was playing iffy and they knew it. Lots of reasons.

No, I’m talking game 1. The Flames were the better team but they were also pretty bad positionally.

He definitely got hooked in the hands, but then his legs gave out...?

Johnny would have been called for embellishment.

“Watch the picks”. 5 seconds later Draisaitl sets a pick with no call.
