Ya he was definitely hurt on the play but I didn't realize how much we missed his patience and transition.
Guy knows how to turn the puck the right way

The first goal is the only negative from Markstrom this game IMO
2nd goal a guy is wide open at the side of the net whacking away
3rd goal is a deflection on a point blank shot
You can say X amount of goals on X amount of shot but it doesn't tell the whole story...that first goal is pretty inexcusable though to be fair

You forgot Jarnkrok. Two terrible trades. I hated them when they were made, despite 90% of the people here absolutely drooling over them for god knows what reason. And I was ridiculed by everyone here for calling those trades waste of 1st and 2nd round picks, especially Toffoli for a 1st.

Agreed. I don't think they should have him killing penalties when so much of a defenseman's time is spent trying to box out and fight in front of the net. Our pk has been ok up until now. Give those minutes to other guys.

Just for the record I took the advice of those who said "watch the game with your son". Once it hit 3-0 and massive ribbing from him he was like "I can't watch you suffer, going in my room" while laughing the whole way. Has not been out since. So you tell me that I shouldn't lock the bugger in there. Go ahead, tell me.
