I wonder if this is why Markstrom had a down game too.
All last series you knew that a bad goal meant you likely lost the game, just no room for error.
Then all of a sudden tonight it’s 6-2 and you exhale a little and aren’t quite as focused.
Hopefully he can be better the rest of the way, he looked more calm and composed in the third.

I saw a couple of clowns in the lower bowl wearing Kane Oiler jerseys. Like, how no good do you have to be to buy a jersey of someone who (1) is garbage, (2) probably won’t even be an Oiler next year, and (3) is trash.

Seeing Kassian put his knees up to try an hold Lucic back looked funny. He was so powerless to do anything. He looked humiliated after it too.

One might say it almost looked turtle-like on his back like that.

Markstrom is a Vezina finalist for a reason. He's elite.
Tonight he was really bad. His worst game of the season. And the Oilers still couldn't win. Maybe the Oilers think he'll play that bad every game this series. If so, that would be stupid. I really hope they and their fans are banking on that.
That was their gimmie. And they still lost. The Oiler goalies can be better, too. But would you put your money on the Vezina finalist, or whatever the Oilers have, to rebound next game?
Good luck Oilers.

Oh man, I don't like this "would Oettinger have saved it?" game.
I need to never hear that freak of nature's name again.
Can't believe we had to overcome a modern day Hasek just to get out of the first round.

Keith let go pretty quick there, like to know what Zad said.
Probably something like "let him go or I'll cave in your face".
