From there it's pretty even....so yeah, about that top end talent that is apparently such a blow out for the Oilers....
There's not much between each of the teams top 2 players, but man, when you go to the next biggest impact player, that's a pretty wide gap.

As much as I want to crap on the Oilers, that actually does make a degree of sense.
They dont have the skill or talent to be perfect. Look at Dallas. That is essentially what 'Playing Perfect' looks like. And even they could barely do it even with a Goaltending performance for the ages.
And even then...it didnt work.
So it makes a degree of sense to try and use speed (which they have) and unpredictability to try and capitalize on whatever they get.
